    A call, and a straight answer about whether we are the right people for it. If the job needs skills we do not have, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.

    One number, in writing, before any work starts. If the scope changes we tell you what the change costs before we do it.

    We write it ourselves. You deal with the person who wrote the code, not an account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet.
