Operations
Runs the part of the work software can't run by itself. Deals with the suppliers and third parties an order depends on, reads anything going out with a customer's name on it, and stays on a job through the stretch where nothing looks like it's happening.
Engineering
Writes the software. Built the ordering and checkout flow, the tracking customers actually read, and the pipeline that puts finished paperwork together. Also does most of the client build work.

Email, phone, or the form. They all reach the same place.
